Deutsche Notar-Zeitschrift (DNotZ)

The Deutsche Notar-Zeitschrift (DNotZ) is the promulgating journal of the Bundesnotarkammer and thus the leading professional journal for notaries in Germany. According to the Federal Code for Notaries, the DNotZ is legally required reading for all notaries in Germany. It completely covers the target group of notaries.

The DNotZ

  • publishes monthly essays and current decisions from all legal fields relevant to the notary and informs about important legislative amendments, training events as well as the work of the Bundesnotarkammer,
  • is aimed primarily at notaries as well as attorneys and judges that deal with notarial law issues,
  • informs on the latest case law in the field of general civil law, real estate law, family law, succession law, commercial and company law, notarial cost law as well as notarial law,
  • is issued and published on behalf of the Bundesnotarkammer. The DNotZ publishes articles of high-level experts from science and notarial practice.  

The DNotZ has a monthly circulation of 7,000 copies.
