Reports on the activities of the Bundesnotarkammer
Pursuant to Section 82(3) first sentence BNotO, the Executive Committee shall each year submit to the Federal Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection a written report on the activities of the Bundesnotarkammer and of the Executive Committee.
In particular, the Bundesnotarkammer reports to the Federal Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection about the performance of the tasks assigned to it by law. The activity reports are published in the Deutsche Notar-Zeitschrift.
