Economie – Droit – Financement: Les perspectives du droit européen des sociétés pour les PME

Le Conseil des Notariats de l’Union Européenne (CNUE) organisera le 28 juin 2011 le 3ème Congrès des Notaires d’Europe. L’évènement se déroulera à Bruxelles et s’annonce d’ores et déjà comme un évènement prestigieux. Le congrès rassemblera des notaires de toute l’Europe, ainsi que des intervenants de haut niveau issus du monde politique national et européen, des acteurs du monde entrepreneurial, des universitaires et des praticiens du droit, qui partageront leurs expériences. Notamment, Michel Barnier, commissaire européen en charge du Marché intérieur, a d’ores et déjà confirmé sa participation.

Le congrès se déroulera au Square Brussels Meeting Centre, le palais des congrès de Bruxelles, situé au cœur de la capitale européenne à quelques pas des principaux lieux culturels et historiques (Grand Place, Palais Royal, etc.). L’évènement aura pour thème « Les perspectives du droit européen des sociétés pour les PME ». Dans un contexte de crise économique, les travaux viendront alimenter les réflexions des institutions européennes. En effet, le cadre règlementaire des sociétés est actuellement en pleine évolution et de nombreuses initiatives législatives communautaires sont attendues. Ce congrès constituera, à n’en pas douter, l’un des évènements majeurs pour l’année 2011 dans le domaine du droit des sociétés.

On 28 June 2011 the Council of the Notariats of the European Union (CNUE) will hold its 3rd Congress of the Notaries of Europe. This prestigious event will take place in Brussels, bringing together notaries from across Europe and high-level speakers from national and European politics, actors from the business world, academics and legal practitioners, who will share their experiences. Michel Barnier, European Commissioner for the Internal Market has already confirmed his participation.

The Congress will be held in the Square Brussels Meeting Centre, Brussels’ congress hall, located at the heart of the European capital only a short walk from the main cultural and historical sites (Grand’Place, Royal Palace, etc.). The topic of the event is ‘Perspectives of EU Company Law for SMEs’. In a context of economic crisis, the working sessions will fuel the European institutions’ discussions. The EU’s regulatory framework regarding company law is currently in a phase of radical evolution and many Community legislative initiatives are expected. This congress will undoubtedly be one of the major company law events of 2011.
